The Imago Dei: The Image of God

Many observers believe that the soul and spirit are one in the same; they are simply the immaterial part of our make up. I want to argue that there is a distinction between them. Hebrews 4:12 indicates the difference, “For the word of God is living and effective and sharper then any double-edged sword, penetrating as far as the separation of soul and spirit . . . .”

The Image of God, Got it?

The parents refused to board their pets even for one night so that their son and daughter-in-law could visit. Another caller said when her mother invited her to ride with her and the pet dog in the convertible. The daughter had to sit in the back seat because the dog had “shotgun.” He sat in front wearing riding goggles.
